This was a two-bed property converted into a six-bed HMO with a single-storey extension to the back and a complete loft conversion with a dormer.

The developer had a clear vision and wanted to transform the property from a rundown two-bedroom house into a contemporary six-bedroom HMO.

In order to achieve this, they approached us on recommendation and knew the specific materials and designs they wanted. Our quote and consultative approach won favour with the developer, and we were, in fact, able to turn the FF&E manufacture and delivery quicker than expected, which was greatly appreciated.
