Green Lane

This project involved converting a former office block into a 7-studio HMO for professionals and students. Being Grade ll Listed, this project required much more time and attention to detail during the strip-out phase and throughout to retain and reinstate its original features.

The developer wanted to keep most of the exposed brick and sandstone blocks on this property's lower ground floor to give it a real 'wow' factor, among other unique features, to ensure they maximised their return from the property.

Recognising this required bespoke work and attention to detail. The developer contacted Urban, and we went through their plans in detail and offered suggestions and recommendations to ensure the project was delivered as expected.
